Health professionals who want to order, prescribe and fit Prokinetics must be certified and approved via our certification process.

Becoming certified as a provider is not difficult, however there exists some nuanced skill in understanding exactly which patients to prescribe the insoles and what signal to use. Choosing the wrong signal or the wrong patient will result in a very poor outcome.

The certification process ensures you will have the skills and knowledge to prescribe and fit the insoles for optimal results. Certification requires the following:

• Completion of the sequenced video lecture series (most videos are less than 20min duration)

• Completion of the assessment and fitting video (45min)

• Completion of the online exam

• Final on-boarding call with Prokinetics Australia (30mins max)

Following completion you will be listed on our website as a provider and will be able to order product online at wholesale prices. We also host further live training events once or twice a year for providers.
