Textured insole information

Benefits of wearing a textured Insole:

  • Improve Balance

  • Improve Performance

  • Improve your gate

Textured insoles have been shown to improve performance in athletes, dancers and ankle strain healing in these populations (1, 2, 3, 4). Research has shown that textured insoles will improve muscle function, better sensitivity to the sole and the foot as well as balance in the elderly (5, 6, 7, 8, 9).

We at Prokinetics Australia have produced an inexpensive textured insole that can be easily inserted into your shoes. All you need to do is cut them to fit snuggly using the existing inner sole in your shoe as a template.
